Civility Management Solutions (Civility MS) is the NHSC federal contractor that provides job interview travel planning and reimbursement guidance.
Civility MS maintains compliance with Federal Travel Regulations and program guidelines.
CivilityMS services include:
- Counseling participants on approved travel and relocation guidelines and eligible expenses
- Managing travel and relocation budget allocations
- Coordinating and arranging travel and relocation logistics
- Submitting invoices for all authorized and accountable activities

All Job interview travel, advance storage, and Relocation travel requests must be approved by the NHSC before CivilityMS can provide any travel or relocation

Recently, we have observed a rise in non-reimbursable expenses submitted by program participants who did not properly validate the moving companies selected for their Self-Move arrangements. To ensure your expenses remain eligible for reimbursement, it is crucial to verify that your chosen moving company meets all required criteria.
